Delivery & Returns

All orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, will be picked and packed ready for shipping the same day, all orders placed after this time will be picked and packed the following working day.

We use a variety of shippers to handle our domestic and international shipping.

Uk Premium / Next Day (Order before 2pm £3.95

Free Standard Delivery On Orders Over £50 Free

All International Shipments

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, you can choose between express courier rates or economy delivery

For the Uk we use DPD, a Carbon Neutral courier service.

Please note you will be responsible for any import tax payable on your order for International shipments

Returns

We are sure you will love your purchase from Rupert and Buckley, however in the event that you wish to return for refund or exchange then please do so within 28 days of receiving.

Please ensure the item(s) are returned to us within the original packaging, and retain all tags and labels.  PLEASE DO NOT WASH ANY GARMENTS BEFORE RETURNING.  In any instance other than a size mis-fit, garments should not have been worn before returning.  Garments should be checked carefully before wearing to ensure there are no defects.  The address for returns is:

It is highly recommended that items are returned using a signed for/tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit in this instance.
An email sent to contact@rupertandbuckley.com prior to returning items would be appreciated, stating the reason for return (e.g refund/exchange), and/or a cover note with the goods themselves.  If we have your email address on file we will notify you upon receipt of the goods that the refund/exchange will follow very shortly.
Please be aware that we can only accept returns purchased via our website or one of our registered shops; goods purchased through a franchised store or other online seller (e.g Amazon or Ebay) must utilise that seller's returns policy.
